USING OUR VOICE MAIL SYSTEM We recognize that sometimes our busy phone lines make it hard to get through to the staff. Please know that a voice mail system is in place and will be checked for messages several times daily. Please follow the prompts carefully as instructed on the voice mail and leave a detailed message for our receptionists. PLEASE DO NOT HANG UP AND REDIAL. Leave your message on the appropriate line.
Patient Portal system. Each patient has a HIPPA compliant, private portal connection to the office. Please use this portal when sending messages to the physician. Your results can also be seen through the portal within 2-4 days of testing. https://webview.emds.com/fpnewtownweb/

Controlled medications need to be requested directly through the portal and will not be filled without 48-72 hour notice.
REFERRALS You may leave referral requests on the referral line. Please allow 48-72 hours for your referral to be processed. The volume of referrals is staggering and we ask for your cooperation in this matter.
EMERGENT referrals will be dealt with on an individual basis.
LABS and TESTING You may leave a message on the lab voicemail. Please allow enough time to elapse before calling. The Doctors must review all labs first before we can notify you of the result.
